John Acosta is one of the best realtors I have ever dealt with on selling my house, getting my family into a rental house immediately after selling, along with being my agent to purchase a new house. John even came to assist me with my first walk thru on the new house and help me find flaws the builder needed to fix before I moved in. John is very knowledgeable and resourceful when in comes to the market and neighborhoods with selling, and buying homes and is listens to what the Customer wants and need are. John Acosta sold my house for me and I couldn't have had a better experience!! He walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He was very detailed, and provided the necessary information, which he organized neatly into folders for me. He was in touch every step of the way. My home sold within a week of listing it.
